These terms cover your use of Intervu — the desktop app and this website. By downloading or using Intervu, you agree to them.

1. The service

Intervu is a desktop application that runs AI-driven mock interviews and gives you feedback. It's a practice tool to help you prepare — it doesn't guarantee any interview result, offer, or outcome, and its AI-generated questions, scores, and feedback can be wrong or incomplete. Use your own judgment.

2. Free and paid plans

Intervu is free to download and use, with no account required. An optional paid upgrade (Pro) is available inside the app and unlocks additional capabilities. The current features and any limits of each tier are shown in the app.

3. Billing, cancellation & refunds

Pro is billed through our third-party payment processor on the cycle shown at checkout. You can cancel anytime; your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period and does not auto-refund for the unused portion. If something went wrong with a charge, contact us and we'll make it right.

4. Acceptable use

Please don't use Intervu to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for abuse, or resell the service. You're responsible for the content you put into the app and for using it in line with any rules that apply to your own interview process.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you add — your documents, answers, and recordings. As described in our Privacy Policy, that content stays on your device by default, and we don't claim rights to it or use it to train models.

6. Our intellectual property

The Intervu app, website, name, and branding belong to us. These terms don't give you rights to our trademarks or to copy the product.

7. Disclaimers

Intervu is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. It is not career, legal, or professional advice. We don't warrant that it will be error-free or always available.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Intervu and its creators won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and, for material changes, note it on the site. Continuing to use Intervu after an update means you accept the new terms.
